Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, sale items, or items marked as final sale.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lakeviewoc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
